Our standard manufacturing program includes four ranges of heavy duty industrial and marine specification hydraulic cylinders in both double and single acting options from 25 mm to 250 mm bore diameters with stroke lengths up to 6 metres. Special cylinders up to 600 mm bore diameters can be designed and manufactured.
Custom designed cylinders including telescopic cylinders, displacement cylinders, non rotating cylinders and high pressure lifting and jacking cylinders are produced on a regular basis.
Most TSL hydraulic cylinders can be fitted with end of stroke electrical position indicators and full displacement positional measurement devices.
Our wide range of double and single rack semi rotary actuators have torque outputs up to 300KNm. Actuators can be supplied with male and female customer connections, internal failsafe spring return and special versions having position monitoring and built on control valve packages.
TSL products are designed using 3D software enabling us to produce models of the cylinder or actuator assemblies which our customers can import directly into their designs, we can also supply our designs in most popular software formats.
Manufacturing utilises modern CNC and manual machine tools, coupled with our ISO quality systems we are able to turn clients requirements quickly from concept to manufactured reality, quickly, economically and to the quality standards demanded.
